This stuff is the real deal. I've been in a pitched battle for Mouse Hill this autumn, and I believe this may turn the tide in my favor. Round one I located an entry point of the enemy, under the patio stoop, through a gap in the wood on top of the foundation. The gap was so large (2x4x5") I mixed up some Quickrete Vinyl Concrete Patching Compound, and troweled it in. While it was still wet, I cut patches of Xcluder and pressed them into the cement. I also stuck peices of Xcluder into every crevice in the immediate area. I'm confident that all I have to do is find an entry point, and this product will win the battle.
